Brainwave Entrainment to increase your EQ, six sessions

1. EQ Speed Rush, 42 Minutes

Delta stimulation can be very hypnotic, and Sub-Delta (0 – 1 Hz) in particular is theorized to have soothing effects on the limbic system, such as the amygdala and hypothalamus, which themselves operate at delta frequencies.

It is an ideal protocol to increase emotional intelligence effortlessly.

2. EQ Power, 50 Minutes

Sub-Delta. The neural structures such as amygdala and hypothalamus are associated with emotions, fear, the fight-or-flight response, blood pressure, tension and more.

Using sub-delta to sooth these structures has resulted in amazing success not only in raising your EQ but also in helping conditions such as fibromyalgia, chronic pain and hypertension (high blood pressure).

Many people have also found success using Delta as an aid in meditation. Its soothing effects on the limbic system may shed some light on this.

3. Power Nap, 60 Minutes

This session ramps slowly down to the deepest Delta levels. Many people using this session will fall asleep, since it resembles the sleep induction sessions.

Helpful for clarity (awareness) and recharging.

4. Empathy Mindfulness Meditation (50 Minutes)

This is a Theta meditation, ramping in steps down to 6.5 Hz. This session stimulates mid-Theta, so it may be an easier to remain conscious during this session than with the deeper Theta meditations.

5. Cognitive Flexibility (30 Minutes)

This session modulates through the entire beta range.

Beta sessions are good at increasing cognitive performance, attention, arousal, and energy.

6. Cognitive Enhancement (35 Minutes)

This session rises to Gamma from high Beta in steps, emulating the procedures used in several studies.

In research, Gamma has demonstrated usefulness for cognitive enhancement, particularly in non-verbal skills such as arithmetic. It has also shown some promise with depression and other disorders. It can certainly be truly energizing as well.
